95°C water temperature
4 intervals: 00:00-00:30 50gr, 00:30-01:30 150gr, 01:30-02:00 50gr, 02:00-02:30 50gr

If you find the coffee unpleasant, here is the simplest way to fix it.
In case it is sour, either increase the water temperature or make the grind size finer.
In case it is bitter, either decrease the water temperature or make your grind size coarser.
