Gravfarm, managed by Yugian and Lucy, members of the Forest Farmer Group, grows exceptional coffee while prioritising gender equality. The group provides training to farmers on various aspects of farming, including forestry, agriculture, waste management, and coffee cultivation and processing. In fact, one of Gravfarm’s coffees recently placed 19th in the prestigious 2021 Indonesia Cup of Excellence competition.
 
Lucy in the Sky is one such coffee, notable not only for its distinctive fruit notes and high sweetness, but also for its emphasis on gender equality. The farm values women’s contribution highly, and women play key roles in the cultivation and processing of the coffee. By empowering women and promoting gender equality, Gravfarm is setting an example for sustainable and equitable farming practices.
